Postal was invented by William P. Quentell and Franklin Judge and introduced in 1902. It was a typewheel machine. It used an interchangeable rubber typewheel. There are said to be eight models. The company employed 2000 salesmen in the U.S. and Model 5 had some sales success. The last Postal No.7 was introduced in 1908. It was larger than its predecessors and with some improvements made.  Production of Postal probably ceased in 1909.
